Shipping and Returns

We endeavour to dispatch orders in 1-2 working days of receiving your order. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within this time we will inform you by email detailing the expected dispatch date.

We use 1st class or special delivery dependent on value and weight of order. Orders weighing over 2kg have a delivery time of 3-5 working days.

Cost of postage subject to weight and the cost of shipping is calculated automatically on the billing page.

Free P&P on UK orders over £50.

Overseas Orders - £4.95

Returns and Refunds 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item(s) to us in their original unused condition complete with any gift packaging within 7 days of receipt. A full refund will be issued on receipt or we will exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. We regret that we cannot refund postage costs. 

Please note that we can only offer refunds if the item(s) are returned to us within 7 days of receipt of goods. 

We regret that we cannot offer exchange or refunds on any special or custom made orders (such as engraved ID tags). 

If the item is being returned to us for an exchange or refund then the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us therefore we recommend for your own protection that you use a delivery service which insures you for the value of the goods.

Returning a Faulty Item 

If you are returning the item because of a fault please email using our Contact Us page, replying to your order confirmation email or phoning 07832 110328 with details of the reason for return, we will then tell you the best action to take.
